PURPOSE These terms govern the use of the website www.yblues.com and of the management console of the association Y.Blues Corporation (ycappuccino.fr), identified above. Using the website means accepting these terms. ACCESS The website is free and open to everyone. The management console is reserved for the association's members and the people it invites; everyone keeps their sign-in details confidential. CONTENT The texts, photos, videos and music of the website belong to Y.Blues or to their authors. Any reproduction without permission is forbidden, except sharing links and the exceptions of the French Intellectual Property Code (private use in particular). Purchases in the shop are governed by the Terms and conditions of sale. SOCIAL NETWORKS The band can link the console to its own accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) to read their posts and statistics. The console publishes nothing on these accounts. The band can remove this link at any time. These services remain subject to their own terms.
